优质护理结合盆底康复训练对广泛全子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的作用分析

High quality nursing combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on extensive effect analysis of bladder function recovery after total hysterectomy

目的探讨优质护理模式下盆底康复训练对全子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法将广泛子宫全切术后病人83例,分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统常规护理及常规膀胱功能锻炼方法;试验组在围术期的护理中,护士于入院时进行盆底功能筛查和相关健康教育并于术前指导病人行盆底肌肉锻炼,然后观察两组病例自行排尿情况和残余尿量。结果试验组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对广泛全子宫切除术病人运用优质护理模式实施盆底肌肉锻炼,能促进自主排尿功能的恢复,降低尿潴留的发生率,减轻病人的痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the quality of nursing mode pelvic floor rehabilitation training on the whole ,the influence of bladder function recovery after hysterectomy .Methods Cut widely womb all 83 cases of postoperative patients ,divided into control group and experimental group and control group with traditional routine nursing and normal bladder function exercise ;Patients in the perioperative nursing care ,nurses in the hospital when screening for pelvic floor functional and related health education and guidance before operation patient line of pelvic floor muscle exer-cise ,and then looked at two groups of cases to urinate and residual urine volume .Results The experimental group significantly lower than control group in incidence of urinary retention ,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Using high quality nursing mode of exten-sive total hysterectomy patients implementation of pelvic floor muscle exercise ,can promote the recovery of automatic micturition function ,reduce the incidence of urinary retention and reduce the pain of the patients ,improve the quality of life .
