局麻下行泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的围手术期护理

The effect of the individualized treatment and nursing for the neonatal dacryocystitis

目的探讨泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿儿泪囊炎的围手术期护理工作的实施。方法 2010年12月至2011年12月于我科对130例单纯泪囊炎或泪道阻塞的婴幼儿患者,泪道冲洗、挤压后采用泪道探通术,并对接受泪囊探通术患儿的术前、术中、术后进行护理。结果 130例(196)眼儿者经挤压或泪道冲洗至无积脓后行泪道探通术治疗,术后指导用药。治愈194例(98.9%)。结论泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎是一种有效的治疗方法,适当的术前、术中、术后护理,对提高泪道探通术的成功及其重要且减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of the individualized treatment and nursing for the obstruction of lacrimal ducts and dacryocysti-sis of the newborns .Method 130 cases (196 eyes) the obstruction of were treated with lacrimal ducts massage ,normal sodium irrigation and rinse and tears nasolacrimal duct exploration was the word successively ..Result All of the cases were cured .38 eyes were cured which were treat by lac-rimal ducts massage and normal sodium irrigation ,89 eyes were cured by lacrimal ducts massage and antibiotic eye drops ,and 65 eyes wre cured by lacrimal passages probings .Conclusion The individualized treatment for the obstruction of lacrimal ducts and dacryocystisis is an effective method for the newborns .
