消毒供应中心实施外来手术器械全程质量管理对医院感染控制的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Hospital Infection Control after Implementing Full-course Foreign Surgical Instruments Quality Managements in Hospital Sterilization and Supply Center

目的探讨在医院的消毒供应中心,实施外来手术器械全程质量管理对医院感染控制的效果评价。方法对实施全程质量管理前后1年时间内的外来手术器械各1058件和1349件进行研究,分别对手术器械的无菌或者微生物限度检查的合格率、手术逾期率以及实施前后的医院感染率等进行统计,进一步分析在消毒供应中心实施外来器械全程质量管理对医院感染控制的效果。结果结果显示,实施全程质量管理后,外来手术器械无菌或微生物限度检测合格率、手术逾期率及感染率相对于实施前都有显著的改善,二者比较差异显著(分别χ2=75.8719、20.2970、50.7954、55.6652,P<0.01)。结论经过全程质量管理,外来器械在多家医院间的应用和流通环节有了统一规范的质量控制标准,通过科学规范的管理外来手术器械降低了感染率。外来手术器械全程质量监控管理可以有效维护患者权益,保障患者安全,值得在医学上进行广泛应用和推广。

Objective To investigate effect evaluation of hospital infection control after implementing full-course foreign surgical instruments quality managements in hospital sterilization and supply center .Methods We researched on invasive surgical instruments that 1 year before and af-ter implementing full-course foreign surgical instruments quality managements ,the qualities are 1058 and 1349 respectively .the foreign surgical in-struments statistics of sterility or microbial limit checking pass rate ,overdue rate and hospital infection rate before and after the implementation of foreign surgical instruments full-course quality managements were recorded .Furthermore ,analyzed control effect of foreign surgical instruments full-course quality managements on hospital infection .Results The results showed that ,after the implementation of foreign surgical instruments full-course quality managements ,the sterility or microbial limit checking pass rate ,overdue rate and hospital infection rate were greatly improved , and were significantly different with the dates before .Conclusions By way of foreign surgical instruments full-course quality managements ,a standardized quality control standard was founded in application and circulation between the hospitals .And the foreign surgical instruments disease infection was greatly reduced by means of scientific and standardized management .The monitoring and management of foreign surgical instruments could effectively protect patients’ right and interests ,and ensure the safety of patients ,it was worth to be widely applied in medical .
