目的探讨PDCA循环法对无痛人流室的管理效果。方法总结两年以来运用PDCA循环加强人流手术室环境、人员、术后随访的管理效果。结果运用PDCA循环管理法后,无痛人流室环境符合医院感染要求,各项登记、随访等记录规范,同时加强了护患沟通,使人流妇女对护理人员的满意度明显提高,全方位保证了患者安全。结论通过PDCA循环法,可不断发现不同阶段工作中的薄弱环节,加以总结改进,每一次PDCA循环都解决了一些实际问题。

Objective To study the method of PDCA cycle management effect of painless abortion chamber .Methods By using PDCA cycle in the last two years to strengthen traffic operating room environment ,the management of the personnel ,postoperative follow-up results .Results After using PDCA cycle management ,painless abortion room environment conform to the requirements of the hospital infection ,the registration and follow-up records such as specification ,at the same time to strengthen the communication ,nurses and patients make abortion women obviously improve the satisfaction of nursing staff ,all-round to ensure the patient safety .Conclusion Through the PDCA circulation method ,can constantly found in the different phases of the weak links ,and summarize the improvement ,each PDCA cycle to solve some practical problems .
