缸套一体式密封垫的计算与模拟研究

The computation and simulate of the plain washer of the cylinder liner

CrMo耐磨合金铸铁缸套在加工时预先加工出一锥角,该锥角受到安装缸盖时的压力成型为一体式缸垫,通过理论计算出其受到挤压的数值范围。通过运用有限元模拟软件DEFORM,分析了其挤压过程中的平均应力以及其成型处的材料流动方向及流动速度,与实际相符合。

There is alawys a angle of the CrMo alloy cast iron cylinder liner,the angle is pushed by the force in assembling the cylinder head,by the computing,we know the range of the numerical value,by using the software DEFORM,we analysis the stress and the stress rate,the flow of the material,fit the natural.
