摘要
运用有限元技术对薄壁零件车削过程进行数值模拟,考察了主轴转速和进给率对加工应力的影响。并分析切削应力与回弹变形间的关系,为进一步深入研究回弹变形的控制问题提供参考。
Using the finite element method to numerically simulate the accurate turning of thin-walled parts,examines the influence between cutting stress,spindle speed and feed rate.Try to find out the relationship between the cutting stress and rebound deformation,and the way of the further study about the controling of rebound deformation.
