摘要
自动投放洗涤剂技术是近年来滚筒洗衣机研发的一个重点课题,由于结构空间和外观造型的限制,存储盒只能内置在洗衣机空间较大的底部,而洗涤剂投放口位于洗衣机顶部,其主要的问题是洗涤剂投放速度过慢;输送管路布置复杂。本文主要应用TRIZ理论对自动投放洗涤剂装置进行创新性的研究,并针对以上问题提出改进措施,产生数种新型自动投放洗涤剂装置的概念设计方案,并有效规避现有的专利。
Automatic adding detergenttechnology is one key topicofthe front-loadedwashing machine development this year,Due to the structure of space and shape constraints,The storage box can only be built in the larger space at the bottom of the washing machine,and the detergent inlet is positioned at the top of the washing machine,The main problemsare too slow the detergent running speed,too complexpipeline layout.In this thesis,TRIZ innovatively apply into the study ofautomatic adding detergent equipment,put forward theimprovement measures in view of the above problems,and bring several new concept designs,which avoided existing patent effectively.
