波轮洗衣机永磁同步电机驱动控制系统

摘要 针对传统洗衣机低效率、高噪声等缺点,采用永磁同步电机矢量控制系统控制波轮洗衣机。根据波轮洗衣机的负载特性,本文设计了一种PMSM矢量控制系统,该系统基于矢量控制原理,采用三个霍尔元件检测转子位置及三电阻采样监控相电流。该系统具有成本低,效率高等优点。本文最后通过整机实验验证了系统的稳健性。结合实验电流波形分析和理论分析,证明了所设计的波轮洗衣机驱动控制系统的合理性和有效性。 In this paper a PMSM vector control system was applied to wave-wheel washing machine which can overcome the disadvantages which are poor efficiency and high noise of the traditional washing machines.According to the load characteristics of wave-wheel washing machine,a PMSM vector control system was designed,the position of the rotor was detected with three Hall elements,and three-resistor current sampling was used to monitor the phase current.This system has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency.At the end of this paper,the robustness of the system was verified through machine experiments,and the efficiency and rationality was proofed according to the analysis of theory and experiment current waveform.
