摘要 波轮是波轮洗衣机中至关重要的核心部件,波轮的结构设计将直接影响到洗涤水流的形态特点和洗涤性能。在波轮的设计中,单纯依靠模型制作及实验验证的效率很低。本文引入了基于CFD水流仿真的设计方法,选用VOF模型,在结构设计的同时进行水流设计,并依据水流特征调整波轮结构,最终得到洗涤性能与水流特征俱佳的波轮结构并通过实验验证。此方法大大缩短了设计周期,为波轮洗衣机的性能设计提供了有力的理论支持。 The pulsator is the key component of pulsator washing machine,the design of pulsator will directly affects the water flow shape feature and the washing performance.Only rely on the mock up test during the design procedure is inefficient.This paper introduces a new design method based on CFD water flow simulation,uses VOF model,according to the water flow shape to optimize pulsator structure,finally get a new pulsator design with special water flow characteristics and high washing performance.This method has greatly shortened the design cycle and provides a strongly theoretical support for the washing performance design of pulsator washing machine.
