摘要
宁夏万豪大厦位于银川市,银川市地处8度抗震设防区,地震分组为第二组。万豪大厦主体结构是由五星级酒店和四星级酒店竖向叠加而成的一栋50层的复杂超高层建筑,主体高度216m,目前为宁夏自治区标志性建筑。本工程结构存在超高、大底盘、平面和竖向均不规则、高位"人"字柱转换等多项抗震不利因素,属于超限复杂高层建筑结构。结构设计采用多种计算模型和计算程序对其进行反复分析和研究,并采取有针对性的抗震性能化设计及抗震措施。
Marriott building is located in Yinchuan,and Yinchuan is located in 8 degree seismic fortification areas for the second earthquake group. The main structure is a 50-story super high-rise complex building vertically congruences by fivestar hotel and four-star hotel,the high of main body is 216 m. At present,Marriott building is the landmark buildings in Ningxia autonomous region. The seismic unfavorable factors of this structure is super high-rise building,big chassis, horizontal and vertical irregular,high conversion inclined columns switching,so this structure is a overrun complex highrise building structure. Many kinds of calculation models and programs were carried out to calculate and analyze for structural design,and targeted measures for seismic performance-based design and seismic were adopted.
