摘要
鄂尔多斯东方大厦为B级高度超限高层建筑,存在扭转不规则和楼板不连续两项不规则。本文介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况。针对工程的超限情况,采用基于性能目标的抗震设计方法,并采取比规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。采用多种软件对结构进行多模型、多工况的线性和非线性分析。结果表明,采取加强措施后,结构满足抗震设防目标,确保了工程的抗震安全。
Ordos Orient Mansion is the height of class B high-rise building with beyond code limits,there is two irregular items of torsion irregularity and diaphragm discontinuity. The characteristics and structural design of the project were introduced. Performance-based seismic design method and stricter seismic measures than code were adopted. The structure had been analyzed through multi-model,linear and nonlinear analysis methods with multiple loading conditions by software. The results show that the structure can meet the seismic code requirement of China by adopting strengthening measures.
