大连万达中心结构优化设计

摘要 万达中心由坐落于四层裙楼上的南、北两栋高度和结构体系截然不同的两塔楼组成。南塔楼主体结构高度195.6m,北塔楼主体结构高度147.7m。工程结构存在大底盘、多塔楼、平面和竖向不规则等多项抗震不利因素,属于复杂高层建筑结构。结构设计采用多种计算模型和计算软件进行优化分析,以确定最终方案,分塔计算时采取依塔楼刚度分配质量的模型进行分塔计算,给出结构主要材料用量。 Wanda Center Building is composed by one skirt building and two tower buildings with south and north tower,the south tower is 195. 6 meters and the north tower is 147. 7 meters. Some of adverse factors,such as plane and vertical irregular are existed in the complicated and high-rise building with large podium. Based on structural aseismic conception design. Different analysis methods and seismic fortification measure are given. The principle of podium distribution quality by tower stiffness is applied to the calculation model of multi tower,and the usage of the main structure material was given.
