摘要
苏州锦华苑五期住宅主体高度77.5m,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框支-剪力墙结构体系,在三层11m标高采用厚板进行转换。同时存在扭转不规则,竖向抗侧力构件不连续,楼板局部不连续等不规则。本文通过多种手段进行计算分析,论证该结构方案的可行性,并基于性能化设计的原理,对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,提出相应加强措施,为同类结构提供参考和借鉴。
Jinhuayuan fifth period residential's height is 77. 5m. Using cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame supported shear wall structure system,in the 11 m elevation use thick plate for conversion. At the same time reverse is irregular,the vertical discontinuous component,discontinuous irregular factors. Through a variety of calculation and analysis method, prove the feasibility of the structure scheme,and based on the theory of performance-based design,the structure of static elastic-plastic analysis. Corresponding technical measures are taken,providing a reference for similar structure.
