摘要
某地铁上盖结构,地下1层,地上7层,总建筑面积约11.1万m2,建筑高度43m。建筑平面呈圆环形,地铁区间、车站和机房从其中心穿过,地下室被地铁线路一分为二。上部结构的最大转换跨度为117m。转换区域存在的弯矩、扭矩与剪力使得结构的受力特点极为复杂。主要介绍了两种转换方案的研究与对比。
The 43m-high commercial center in circle plan covers 111 000 m2,with seven stories and one story basement. The built subway line lies across the building which separates the basement into two parts. The upper stories over the subway station has to be transferred and the maximum transfer distance is about 117 meters. Considering the complicated force characteristics in the transition region under combined bending moment,torque and shear due to transfering,two structural system for this building has been studied and compared.
