摘要
深圳地铁塘朗车辆段上盖物业D区下部为深圳地铁5号线塘朗车辆段停车列检库,上部为13层住宅,采用框支剪力墙结构,为平面及竖向均不规则的超限高层结构。为保证结构的抗震性能,采用抗震性能设计方法,对不同构件提出合理的抗震性能目标,采用多个软件对结构各抗震设防阶段进行分析。分析结果表明,结构体系安全可行。本工程可为类似工程设计提供参考。
Shenzhen Metro Tanglang depot superstructure D area is an exceeding code limit high-rise structure which plane and vertical are irregular,and the structural system is column-shear wall transfer structure. The bottom of D area is Shenzhen Metro Line 5 Tanglang depot maintenance,and the upper is residence which has 13 floors. In order to ensure the seismic performance of the structure,performance-based design was used. Suitable performance goal was given to each component,and several software was adopted to carry on the analysis of seismic performance. Analysis results show that the structure is safe and feasible. This project can provide reference for similar engineering design.
