摘要
第十三届冬运会速滑馆整体形状为197m×118m椭球形,高32m,内部主体为钢筋混凝土框架,上部为张弦桁架结构,外围采用异形曲面带肋单层网壳结构。本文首先对屋盖设计中的几种可行结构方案进行比选,并最终确定屋盖结构采用张弦桁架结构体系。然后,重点介绍了屋盖的结构布置、张弦结构的整体受力分析和断索分析等主要内容。此外,本工程中对受力较为复杂的节点采用铸钢节点,并对其进行了实体有限元分析。目前,采用单向张弦桁架结构的椭圆形平面在大跨建筑中较少采用,本工程将为该类建筑选型提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The overall shape of Urumchi Speed-skating Gymnasium is an 197m long,118m wide,32m high ellipsoid. The inner body is a reinforced concrete frame,the upper structure is a truss string structure and the peripheral structure is a single-layer reticulated shells with special surface ribbed. Firstly this paper compared several possible structural concepts of the roof design,and ultimately chose the truss string structure system as the roof structure. And then this paper focused on the structural arrangement of the roof,the overall stress analysis of the string structure and the cable rupture analysis, and so forth. At present,the one-way truss string structure with oval flat is rarely used in the span construction,and this project will provide some references for the structure selection of this type building.
