摘要
石家庄市某活动中心项目为4层钢筋混凝土框剪结构,局部为大空间体育场馆,该部位屋顶短向跨度约47m,长向约55m,屋顶为种植花园,重力荷载较普通轻屋盖增大近10倍。经方案优化比较,确定采用三角锥网架结构,本文归纳整理了其中关于杆件优化、橡胶支座设计、限位装置设置以及边界处理等问题的一些设计经验和做法,可为今后中等跨度重荷载屋盖结构设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。
An activity center,located in Shijiazhuang,is 4 layer reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structures. Part of the center is a large space sports stadiums with long span about 55 meters and short side 47 meters. Because of the planted roof,the gravity load of the stadiums has increases nearly ten times compared with the ordinary light roof. The triangular pyramid space truss structure was determined as the optimization scheme by comparison. This paper summarized some design experience and practice,such as the optimization of the bar,the rubber bearing design,the setting of the limiting device and the boundary treatment,to provide a reference for the structure design of the middle span heavy load roof.
