摘要
超高层建筑结构的设计难点主要集中于其巨型组合构件的设计与选型,针对这个问题,本文提出了基于生命周期经济成本的巨型组合构件设计方法,巨型组合构件生命周期成本费用包含初始费用、维护费用、灾害失效费用以及拆除费用等多项费用,该方法首先计算出巨型组合构件的各项生命周期成本,然后通过汇总比较对其进行方案选型。使用该方法能够在项目初期就对结构构件的不同方案进行全面的分析与比选,实现超高层结构全生命周期的经济利益最大化。同时,本文将引用一个超高层建筑的实例来说明这种方法的有效性与适用性。
The design difficulty of super-tall building structures focuses on the design and lectotype of the giant composite structural component. To solve this problem,this paper proposed a design method of giant composite component based on life cycle economic cost. The life-cycle cost of giant composite component mainly contains initial cost,maintenance cost, failure cost caused by hazard and demolition cost. The proposed method firstly calculates all life-cycle costs of giant composite component and then selects the optimal design scheme by data 's collection and comparison. The overall schemes' analysis and selection will be done at the initial phase of the structural project if this method can be employed. The proposed method is applied to a super tall building to illustrate its effectiveness and applicability.
