摘要
钢管混凝土格构柱常被用于重载大跨厂房柱、设备构架柱等,本文对超长钢管混凝土四肢格构柱进行偏心受压试验研究,得到了四肢钢管混凝土格构柱的偏压极限承载力和构件的受力全过程曲线,验证了超长钢管混凝土格构柱的优良性能,对钢管混凝土长柱的最终失效模式做出了分析和解释,对试验过程中柱肢钢管的纵向应变、环向应变和部分缀件的纵向应变进行量测,为分析加载过程中构件各部位的受力情况提供数据。同时结合试验现象和测量的相关数据,为钢管混凝土格构长柱偏压性能的理论分析提供试验基础。
Concrete filled steel tubularlaced columns is often used in heavy large-span industrial plant and so on. Test of super long concrete filled steel tubular column was carried out to study the bearing capacity of the column and the whole process curve of its stress,and to verify the excellent performance of super-long concrete filled steel tube lattice column, then to analysis and explain the ultimate failure mode of the column. Currently there is no unified standard for design of such high conctrete filled steel tubularlaced column,so calculation should be verified by testing its carrying capacity. This paper give results of load-deflection curves,load-compression curves for stress analysis by the test. With the related data from test and measurement,analysis and interpretation of concrete-filled steel tube column's ultimate failure mode are presented,which could provide experimental foundation of such long columns.
