摘要
结合天津现代城酒店项目,对屈曲约束支撑(BRB)体系中的设计关键问题进行了研究,包括BRB在裙房中的布置,BRB特性,BRB杆件及节点的承载力设计,BRB支撑等效截面刚度,BRB中心芯材材质选择以及BRB产品的试验要求。天津现代城酒店采用了裙房与塔楼不设缝的设计方案,分析表明,在裙房远端设置BRB可以有效控制位移比,BRB支撑比普通支撑有更好的抗震性能。裙房BRB支撑设计不但要满足承载力设计要求,而且BRB中心芯材等效截面刚度需要满足设计要求。BRB支撑等效截面刚度可以由材料力学中提出的串联刚度得出。
Based on the application of buckling-restrained braces( BRB) in the podiums of Tianjin Modern City Hotel, the design key issues of BRB were presented in this paper,including layout of BRB,structural seismic performance, design of BRB and joints,equivalent section stiffness of BRB,selection of core material of BRB and criteria of BRB products. The results of analysis were performed to illustrate that BRB setting in the podiums building is good enough to control the displacement ratio effectively with better seismic performance than ordinary braces. Both the bearing capacity and the equivalent section stiffness of the BRB should meet the design requirements. The equivalent section stiffness of BRB could get by the series stiffness method from the material mechanics.
