Test and identification of existing architectural structure with changing the functions

为了使原先用作停车库的多层建筑改造成为综合服务设施楼,需要对原建筑结构进行全面的结构安全检测和抗震鉴定。通过对该既有预应力多层框架结构进行使用现状调查、现场检测、结构抗震承载力验算等工作,得出了既有结构的抗震性能鉴定结论。结合具体的改造方案,提出了合理的加固建议,可为同类多层框架结构的检测与鉴定以及抗震加固提供参考。

It is need to carry out the structural safety test and seismic appraisal for existing architectural structure due to change the functions of prestressed multilayer framework from the parking garage into the comprehensive service facilities. The seismic appraisal conclusion was drawn from the existing circumstance survey,field inspection and seismic resistance capacity of the existing building. Some seismic strengthening suggestions based on the concrete reconstruction plan were put forward. It can give the structural test,seismic appraisal and strengthening of similar multilayer framework structures for reference.
