摘要
为了克服目前张拉索膜结构施工过程中通常采用的分批张拉和反复调整的问题,采用主应力-主应变准则来判别膜材受力状态并利用修改本构矩阵的方法处理褶皱或松弛单元,提出先逆向放松后正向张拉的两阶段施工模拟方法,获得一次张拉成形的施工张拉值。通过对威海体育场看台挑篷索膜结构施工过程的数值模拟,结果表明,此种方法能够获得使结构整体一次张拉成形的施工张拉值,对大型张拉索膜结构具有较大的实用性。
In order to overcome active tensioning in batches and adjusting repeatedly adopted in practical construction process of tensioned membrane structures, two stages simulation strategy which combined releasing reversely and tensioning positively is proposed. Principal stress and strain criterion is used to judge stress state. Modified constitutive matrix is used for dealing with wrinkling or slackness elements. Numerical simulation analysis on construction process of cable-membrane structure of stadium canopy in Weihai is carried out,the results show that the method can get construction tensioning value of integral one-time tension and has great advantages for large-span tension membrane structures.
