摘要
结合目前中小学教学楼一般采用的砌体及框架结构形式,发现设计、施工存在的问题,对其设计中存在的问题进行研究分析。分析表明,现中小学教学楼结构设计基本可以实现"小震不坏,中震可修"的目标,但"大震不倒"的设计目标尚难保证实现。提出框架-砌体抗震墙结构设计方案,合理利用框架间砌体墙,让砌体墙发挥耗能作用,达到"大震不倒"的设计目标。
Combined with the masonry structure and frame structure in primary middle schools,the problems in the design and construction were discussed. The research has discovered: the target of undamage under minor earthquake and repairable under moderate earthquake can be satisfied,but design goal of uncollapsed under large earthquake is difficulty to realize. Structural designing scheme of frame-masonry shear wall was designed to make rational use of masonry filler wall to give full play to energy consumption,which reached the target of nocollapsing with strong earthquake.
