摘要
本文介绍了成都银泰中心酒店塔楼的小震弹性设计、罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析以及构件在各水准地震作用下的性能验算。结构弹性设计的各项指标满足规范的条件下,用性能化设计的方法来验证在罕遇地震作用下,结构的弹塑性发展历程和屈服机制是否符合预期,并对结构的抗震性能进行评价。
Elastic design resisting frequent earthquake and time history inelastic analysis under maximum considered earthquake of Chengdu Yintai Center Hotel Tower were introduced. The seismic performances of structural components were evaluated under possible earthquake of different intensities. Requirements according to the design code were satisfied under frequent earthquake level and checked by using performance-based seismic design method. During maximum considered earthquake,the inelastic development and yielding mechanism behave in accordance with the anticipated objectives. At last,the seismic performance of Hotel Tower was appraised.
