摘要
本工程建筑使用功能众多,总建筑面积大约2.8万m2。由于使用功能的多样性也导致了整体性较差的问题。设计中通过加厚薄弱部位楼板并设置拉通钢筋来增强结构的平面刚度;在结构周边布置密柱框架来代替布置剪力墙;在结构梁高受限的情况下使用预应力梁;转角连接部分提高结构构件的抗震措施。通过以上的设计手段有效实现了建筑使用功能,并使结构具备较好的抗震性能。
The project has a lot of use functions,and the total construction area is about 28000 square meters. Due to the variety of diversity of use function,the structures had poor structural integrities. During the structures design,the weak parts of floors have been thickened and full-length of floor steel bars have been set. Around the structure,the layout of dense column frame has been replaced the arrangement of shear walls. Prestressed concrete beams have been used when the height of beams limited,and corner connection seismic grade have been Increased. By these design means,the use functions of the buildings could be realized,and seismic performance of the structures are well.
