Seismic design for Lot 16 podium building of Jinan Qide International Financial Center

济南启德国际金融中心16号地块,位于济南市高新区,是聚集多种功能于一体的金融综合体,包括一栋23层的塔楼,两栋4层和5层的裙房。裙房16-C属于超限建筑,对其主体混凝土框剪结构和钢桁架结构进行了系统分析和设计。通过弹性动力时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,加强了薄弱构件和关键构件。经过抗震设计,结果显示结构抗震性能良好。

Lot 16 of Jinan Qide International Financial Center,located in the high-tech zone of Jinan city,is the aggregation of multiple function in central business district,including a 23-layer tower,two 4-layer and 5-layer layers podium buildings. Podium building 16-C is an over-limits building. System analysis and design were done for main concrete frame shearwall structure and steeltruss structure. After elastic dynamic time history analysis and Pushover,the weak component and the key component were strengthened. By seismic design,it shows that structural earthquake resistance performance is good.
