摘要
地震作用下带转换层的高层建筑结构受力复杂,容易形成薄弱层。针对某一带转换层的高层建筑结构,采用合理的转换层结构布置,通过两种三维有限元程序进行整体对比分析及弹性时程分析、转换构件的应力有限元分析,并加强构造措施,使得结构整体和各构件的抗震性能达到设计的预期目标。本文通过工程实例阐述了此类结构设计的要点和应注意的一些问题,供类似工程参考借鉴。
The internal forces of the high-rise building with transfer story under earthquake are complicated,and to form weak layer easily. For a high-rise building with transfer story it is very important to select a rational structural layout scheme. The analysis through the comparison of two three-dimensional finite element software,elastic time history analysis and stress analysis of structural transfer member were completed,and different construction detail were carried out to make the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective. Through a project case this paper expounds the point of structural design and some problems that should be paid attention to,which is as the reference for the similar project.
