摘要
某工业园区内的一栋多层通用厂房,建于2009年,钢筋混凝土框架结构。2010年进行结构改造,在楼层和屋面增加了大量实验设备,使用活荷载超过了原设计值。本文详细介绍了该改造工程设计中,框架柱、梁的加固方法和构造措施。该改造方法通过调整设备布置,减小对原有结构的影响,从而达到缩短施工周期、降低工程造价的目的,为类似工程提供参考。
A multi-story general plant in an industrial park was built with a reinforced concrete frame structure system in 2009. It was rebuilt in 2010. Because of adding a great deal of laboratory equipment on the floors and roofing,the live load exceeded the value of the original design. This paper gives out some key points of the structure rebuilding design,which involve the strengthening and construction methods of the columns and beams. This method decreased the impact on the existing structure through the arrangement of the adjustment device. It can reduce the construction period and cut down the construction cost. The design experience can be referred to similar engineering.
