摘要
某高层结构地上36层,建筑总高度接近150m,主楼与纯地下室连成一体,置于同一个基础筏板上。主楼核心筒与其外围框架、主楼与纯地下室之间荷载差异大,地基基础须同时满足承载力和地基变形控制要求。本文从地基基础选型入手,着重介绍了后注浆钻孔灌注桩设计、桩筏基础与地基土相互作用分析、试验桩数据分析、沉降变形计算分析与观测数据等,为较高的高层建筑基础设计积累了经验,对类似工程设计有参考意义。
A high-rise building is 36 floors above ground and total height is close to 150m. The main building and the pure basement are connected together and placed on the same raft foundation. There are great difference between the load of main building and pure basement,core tube and peripheral frame of main building,therefore,the bearing capacity and the deformation of foundation must be satisfied at the same time. Starting from the selection of the foundation type,design of post-grouting bored piles,analysis of interaction between pile raft foundation and soil,analysis of the experimental data of piles,settlement calculation and observation of data etc are emphatically introduced. The experience of foundation design for high-rise building is accumulated and can be referred to the similar project design.
