摘要
上海漕宝路田林街道213街坊地块开发项目紧邻地铁,是轨道交通结合城市商业地下空间开发的地下综合体工程。工程为大底盘、多塔楼、平面和竖向不规则的复杂高层建筑结构,结构设计采用多种计算软件进行分析,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施。针对邻地铁工程的特殊性,在邻地铁地基基础设计、开发地块与地铁主体结构连接、结构防水等关键问题上进行深入分析,并在设计中采取相应技术措施。本工程的设计实践以及关键技术的应用,可为轨道交通建设与城市地下空间开发相结合的地下综合体工程提供借鉴和参考。
Development project of 213 plot of Caobao Road Tianlin Street in Shanghai is adjacent to subway,which is an underground complex combined with rail transit station.The complicated and high-rise building with enlarged base has multiple towers with irregular plane and vertical shapes.Different softwares were used to calculate and targeting seismic fortification measures were given.In view of the specialty of the adjacent metro engineering,some key problems as adjacent metro foundation design,the connection between the project and the subway structure and structure waterproofing were analyzed,and appropriate technical measures were taken in the design.The design practice and the application of key technologies in the project can provide engineering reference for the similar projects.
