对城市地下空间进行合理开发利用是解决目前城市土地资源有限以及改善城市生态环境的有效途径。地下停车设施的建设是地下空间开发利用中地下交通和地下城市综合体的重要组成部分。专利文献在一定程度上能够体现该领域技术研究热点、发展趋势及其他信息。通过近年的国内典型专利技术对目前主要的地下车库形式和地下车库建设方法进行简要介绍。

Rational development and utilization of underground space is the effective way to solve the problem of limited land resource and improve urban ecological environment.The construction of underground parking facilities is the important part of underground transportation and urban complex in development and utilization of underground space.Patent literature can reflect the research focus and development trends and other information of the field.In this paper,the current main types and construction method of underground parking are introduced with typical patent technology in recent years.
