摘要
呼市海亮广场2#,6#楼为约150m的高住宅建筑,为保证建筑的使用功能和房间布局,采用剪力墙结构。呼和浩特市抗震设防烈度为8度,塔楼属高度超限建筑结构。介绍了该工程特点和结构设计情况。按照规范要求,进行了结构抗震性能设计。经过多模型的小震弹性分析、小震时程分析及大震静力弹塑性分析,其工作状态和性能均能达到预期性能目标和规范要求。
The No.2 and No.6 tower of the Hohhot Hai Liang Plaza is about 150m high residential building.For the usage and room layout,the shear wall structure is adopted.Hohhot is in the 8 degree-earthquake fortification zone,and they are two ultra-limit high-rise buildings.The characteristics and structural design were introduced.Based on the codes,a performance-based seismic design was adopted.The structure was analyzed with multi-model and software.The result shows that the work state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of performance and criterion requirements.
