带下沉式广场的高层建筑群结构设计

本工程地下部分由2层地下室和下沉式广场组成,地上部分主要包括8幢10~12层标准厂房、2幢12层综合办公楼。本工程轴线间尺寸为245.6m×316.5m,为围绕17000m2的下沉式广场组成的10栋小高层建筑群,是目前上海市具有下沉式广场中面积大、围绕广场高层建筑多,不多见的建筑结构形式。带下沉式广场的基础底板及地下室结构设计是本工程结构设计的特点与难点。本文介绍相关结构设计与施工情况。

Underground part of the high-rise building includes two-storey basement and a sinking plaza,its aboveground part mainly includes eight standard factory buildings with 10 ~ 12 storeys and two comprehensive office buildings with 12 storeys.The foundation mat scale of this project is enormous.The grand base is 245.6m × 316.5m.It includes a sinking plaza of a area of 17000 square meters and ten high-rise buildings.This project is the unusual structure type now in Shanghai with the largest sinking plaza and around the greater quantity of high-rise buildings.This is the peculiarity and difficulty of this project.The article introduces the structure design and construction.
