摘要
高层建筑通常周边带有裙房,因建筑功能的要求,高层建筑主楼与裙楼之间不能设缝。针对无锡CBD项目的设计特点,在基础设计中采用变刚度调平的原理对桩筏进行优化设计,选择合理的桩和筏板厚度。为了控制主楼与裙楼的差异沉降,在主楼与裙楼间设置沉降后浇带。对地下水位较深的地下室底板采用包络设计的方法,使底板计算更加安全合理。
High-rise buildings usually have podium buildings around and joints cannot be set between the main building and podium buildings due to architecture functions.According to the characteristics of the CBD project in Wuxi,variable rigidity design for balancing settlement was adopted in order to optimize the piled foundation and select proper pile and raft foundation thickness.To reduce the differential settlement between the main building and podium buildings,post-pouring settlement belts were set.Envelope design method was adopted in foundation slab design to ensure safety when water table is very deep.
