摘要
北京华都中心为大底盘多塔结构,各塔荷载差异较大。基础形式采用桩筏基础。桩型为钻孔灌注桩并采用后压浆技术。后压浆技术可使桩的承载力与竖向刚度显著提高。设计中运用变刚度调平理念,即主要通过调节桩长与疏密布置进行差异沉降的控制。根据沉降试算结果得到土的基本基床系数值,并根据反力情况、基床系数计算点所处位置等因素对其进行修正。通过优化分析,差异沉降满足规范要求,筏板配筋率也在合理范围之内。
Beijing Huadu Center is a multi-tower building with a large chassis.The loads differs remarkably between towers.Pile-raft foundation was adopted.The application of post-grouting technique for cast-in-situ pile could improve the bearing capacity and vertical stiffness of the piles remarkably.Variable rigidity design was carried out to control the differential settlement mainly by adjusting the length and the spacing of the piles.The basic coefficient of subgrade reaction got by the tentative settlement calculation was revised according to the reaction and the location etc.through analysis and optimization,differential settlement was below the allowable value,reinforcement ratio of the raft foundation was also reasonable.
