地基基础设计应根据建筑物的用途、安全等级、建筑布置和上部结构类型,充分考虑建筑场地和地基条件,结合施工条件以及工期、造价等各方面要求,合理选择地基基础方案。本文通过沈阳某机库工程桩基选型,侧重对基础方案进行经济技术指标分析对比,并考虑工程实际施工条件,选用预应力混凝土管桩作为基础。

Foundation design should be based on the structure of the utility,security level,building layout,and the upper structure type,fully considering the condition of building field and foundation,combined with the construction conditions and time limit for a project,cost and so on various aspects requirements,choose the foundation plan.Introduce the pile foundation of a hangar in Shenyang,particularly compare economic and technical factor of different types foundation.Considering the condition of the site operation,chose prestressed concrete pipe pile in this project.
