摘要
济南市某小区高层住宅楼的结构形式为剪力墙结构,建筑层数为18层、24层、26层、30层不等。针对其中的18层高层住宅楼,对其采用CFG桩复合地基+筏板基础的合理性、经济性及其工程桩出现Ⅲ类,Ⅳ类桩的处理措施等几方面做了较详细的介绍。
