Comparative analysis of new and old verification regulation of electrical meters for measuring alternating-current electrical energy

JJG 596-2012《电子式交流电能表》检定规程于2012年10月8日颁布,于2013年4月8日实施,代替了JJG 596-1999《电子式电能表》其中的安装式电能表部分。与旧规程相比,新规程的检定对象更具体、更完善、更标准化,检定方法和结果判断更明确、更详细、更实际。

Verification regulation JJG 596-2012 electronic watt-hour meter communication was promulgated on October 8th, 2012, and implemented in April 8, 2013, which replaces the installed type watt-hour meter part in JJG 596-1999 electronic watt-hour meter. Compared with old rules, the verification objects of the new one is more concrete, more perfect, more standardized, and the calibration method and the result are clearer and more detailed, more practical.
