摘要
为克服传统机组灵敏度计算方法的不足,准确计算机组出力变化对电网潮流的影响,给调度员提供潮流控制的精细辅助决策,提出了考虑网省自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)控制模式下的机组影响因子计算方法。本方法考虑不同AGC控制模式下,进行机组功率调整或控制区交易后,电网不平衡功率导致机组AGC动作的差异,得到与电网实际运行相符的机组或控制区交易对潮流的影响因子。华东电网重载断面潮流算例表明:本方法提供的影响因子,适用于各种机组出力调整方式,与电网实际运行中机组出力变化对潮流影响相符,能为调度员进行潮流控制提供有用的辅助决策信息。
To improve the defects of traditional calculation method for generator sensitivities, accurately calculate the impact of generator output change for power flow and provide operators fine decision support for flow control, a method for calculating generator impact factor considering automatic generation control(AGC) control model of regional and provincial power grid is proposed. When output power is changed in a generator, different AGC performances are caused by the unbalanced power in the grid in different AGC control models, so the impact factors of generators, which are suitable for the grid controlling, can be obtained. Heavy flow transmission path examples in East China Grid show that: generator impact factors obtained by this method are applicable to different conditions when output power of generators is changed. The impact factor agrees to the actual situation of power grid and provides useful decision support information for power flow controll.
