摘要 为便于集控中心监控人员快速掌握系统运行状况并在异常情况下及时准确采取相关处理措施,设计了一种智能分析及故障告警系统,可作为集控站监控系统的高级应用模块,实现快速判定故障位置,给出故障辅助决策。同时针对集控中心应用环境设计出环网双回线路故障检测及复杂故障的检测方法,能够有效降低监控值班员工作强度,避免因不能及时有效监视电网异常而引起的事故扩大化。 In order to help the monitoring staff in control station realize a quicker condition monitoring and a more in-time and accurate contingency reaction, a method of intelligent analysis and fault alarming system was proposed. It can be used as an advanced application module in the monitoring system of a centralized control station, realizing fast fault allocation and auxiliary fault decision-making. Meanwhile, in case of some double-circuit transmission line contingencies and other complex faults existing in centralized control stations, a method of complex fault diagnosis was also proposed in this paper. This method can effectively reduce the work intensity to the monitoring staff, and avoid accident spreading when a monitoring failure of abnormal grid status occurs.
