椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨利用椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择单或双节段椎间盘突出症72例,对其实施经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除并减压手术。结果疗效按照术前和术后疼痛及麻木的感觉类比,术前VAS评分为(5.78±0.54)分,术后1周为(0.9±0.75)分,术后6个月(0.6±0.55)分,术后不同时间节点与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除并减压术治疗椎间盘突出症的手术时间短、创伤小、出血少,效果好。
