关节镜辅助下撬拨复位经皮螺钉内固定治疗SchatzkerⅢ型胫骨平台骨折 被引量：4

摘要 胫骨平台凹陷性骨折为关节内骨折,治疗不当易发生创伤性关节炎、关节僵硬等并发症。笔者自2010年10月~2012年3月应用膝关节镜辅助下撬拨复位经皮螺钉内固定治疗18例SchatzkerⅢ型胫骨平台骨折,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组18例,男10例,女8例;年龄20~50岁,平均36岁。受伤原因:车祸伤10例,坠落伤3例,扭伤5例。合并半月板损伤6例,前交叉韧带止点撕脱1例。
