肿瘤型人工关节的设计及临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 原发恶性骨肿瘤好发于儿童和青少年,是造成这一年龄段人群死亡和致残的重要因素。近二十年来,保肢已经逐渐成为原发肢体恶性骨肿瘤的主要手术方式。所谓保肢手术是指在彻底切除肢体肿瘤的前提下保留患者肢体及功能,是相对于截肢而言的一种新的治疗理念。恶性骨肿瘤瘤段截除后进行肢体功能的重建是一个复杂的系统工程。
