摘要
本文研究了非对称信息和延期支付策略下供需网企业间的激励机制问题。运用机制设计理论,分别在对称信息和非对称信息下,对供应商的最优延期支付期限及零售商的最优订货量进行分析,得到如下结论:在对称信息下,供需系统能够协调,在非对称信息下,供需系统能够改善,且对零售商更加有利,最后用数值例子验证了结论。
In teh cotext of asymmetric information and delay payments,incentive mechanism among firms in supply and demand system is studied in this papr.with the mechanism desig theory,the best delay payments limits for suppliers and orders for retailers are analyzed respectivily under symmetric and asymmetric information.Results show that using trade credit can coordinate the supply and demand system in the case of symmetric information.While in the case of asymmetric information,the buyer benefits from trade credit,the system does not coordinate.
