装备制造企业组织创新与技术创新的匹配量化研究 被引量:7

Research on the Measurement of Match Degree between Organizational Innovation and Technological Innovation in Equipment Manufacturing Industry

摘要 了解目前装备制造企业组织创新与技术创新两个子系统的匹配情况以及各自发展水平,引导创新资源合理配置。本研究借用二象系统理论分析该行业组织创新与技术创新的匹配过程,以此为依据,引入耦合协调理论构建匹配量化模型,运用该模型对企业创新匹配情况进行实际测量。研究发现,目前装备制造企业技术创新总体发展水平依然高于组织创新,与目前该行业重视技术创新现况相符。两者的匹配水平总体处于0.4<D≤0.6的中等水平区间,其中组织创新中的文化和制度创新水平相对较低,从而影响了组织创新与技术创新的匹配水平。 In order to understand the degree of match between organizational innovation and technological innovation as well as their respective level in equipment manufacturing industry,to guide innovative resources to make a reasonable arrangement,this research analyzes the match process of organizational innovation and technological innovation in this industry by ER-XIANG system theory are analyzed in this paper,Based on this,the measurement model of match degree is constructed by coupling and coordination theory from physics and applied in practice.It can be concluded that the level of technological innovation is higher than organizational innovation in equipment manufacturing industry,which meets with the current status of emphasis on technological innovation.Moreover,the match degree of two innovations is at a medium level(0.4 <D≤0.6).Besides,the innovation level in elements of organizational culture and institution is lower,thus affecting the match level of organizational innovation and technological innovation.
