摘要
创新城市的建设具有生态系统的特点。按照创新生态系统的理论,论文从创新群落、创新资源和创新环境三个方面构建了区域创新生态系统的评价指标体系;通过采用生态位评估模型,计算了和比较苏州市与省内其他主要城市以及长三角发达城市的创新生态系统适宜度;定量分析了适宜度、生态因子与经济产出之间的关系,得出社会研发总费用是影响地区国民生产总值的主要生态因子,专利授权数量是影响高新技术产业产值的主要生态因子。
Construction of innovation city embodies the characteristics of ecological system.According to ecological theory of innovation,evaluating index frame are bulit from three prospect of innovation community,resource and environment.Using ecological position model,the suitability of innovation ecological system are calculated and compared in this paper among Suzhou,other main cities of Jiangsu province and the developed cities of Yangtze River Delta.The relation is analyzed quantitatively among suitability,ecological factors and economic output with the conclusions that social R&D expenses is the main ecological factor influencing local GDP and quantity of patent licensing is the main ecological factor influencing high-tech industry output.
