摘要
本文通过了解目前我国民营矿业企业"走出去"的现状,分析民营矿业企业投资的特点变化以及发展趋势,指出民营矿业企业海外投资中存在的问题,提出支持民营企业海外投资健康发展的意见建议,探寻未来民营矿业企业海外发展之路。
In order to search the investment of the private mining enterprise investment development direction in overseas ,the paper introduces the current status of private mining enterprises of our country to“go-out strategy” ,analyzes the characteristics diversification and development trend ,and find out the problems ,the private mining enterprises investment in overseas ,and points out sentiments and suggestions for the overseas mining investment at last .
