摘要
矿业城市的发展规律预示了不可再生资源开采枯竭时,城市终将面临产业转型问题。作为转型期的人力资源开发与管理是转型过程顶层设计的重要环节,也是矿业城市能否可持续发展的关键所在。本文根据矿业城市人力资源现状,借鉴国外成功经验,提出人力资源开发与管理的对策建议。
The law of development of the mining cities announced ,when a non-renewable resource dries up ,the city will be faced with the problem of industrial transition .It is an important part of the transition top-level design as the human resources development and management during the period of the transition , also can be the key to the sustainable development of mining cities .According to the situation of human resources in mining cities ,this paper draws on the successful foreign experience and puts forward the countermeasures of human resource development and management .
