微波酸水解纤维素生物质制氢的研究

摘要 在5L发酵罐中对水葫芦半连续流暗发酵和光发酵耦合产氢的特性进行了研究。水葫芦在1.0%的H2SO4溶液中经过700 W微波加热10min,然后水解96h后,还原糖产率达44.6g/100g TVS。然后进行半连续流暗发酵和光发酵耦合产氢实验,产氢率分别为50.7mL H2/g TVS和285mL H2/g TVS,总产氢率达335.7 mL H2/g TVS。 Hydrogen production through semi-continuous fermentation from water hyacinth was studied in 5L fermentor.When water hyacinth was heated 10min by 700W microwave in 1.0% H2SO4solution,then enzymatically hydrolyzed 96h,reducing sugar yield reached 44.6g/100g TVS.In the following experiments combining semi-continuous dark fermentation and photo fermentation,hydrogen yields was 50.7H2/g TVS and 285mL H2/g TVS respectively.The total hydrogen yield reached 335.7mL H2/g TVS.
