生物质/污泥混合热解特性的研究

摘要 为了研究纤维素类原料与污泥的混合热解特性,将树叶和市政污泥进行混合,使用小型固定床反应器进行热解-催化2段实验。通过改变物料的混合比例,研究固体产量、液体产量、燃气产量、产气动力学以及气体产物中不同成分(H2、CO、CH4、CO2)的体积百分数随混合比例变化的规律,并且通过与产物理论产量的对比,得到了物料混合对热解产气的影响情况,同时对物料不同混合比例下的产气情况进行了评价。 In order to study mixed pyrolysis characteristics of cellulose raw materials and sewage sludge,leaves and municipal sewage sludge was mixed-used by small fixed bed reactor for pyrolysis-catalyzed two-steps experiment.Through change mixed proportion of the material,the laws with different mixed proportion of solid production,liquid production,gas production,dynamics of gas product and the volume percentage of different gas compositions(H2,CO,CH4and CO2) were studied.Compared with theory production,the effects of material mixed on gas produced of pyrolysis were studied clearly,while the gas production situation of different material mixed proportion was evaluated.
